We offer precision cutting to length of pipe. Our processing facilities have saw cutting and mechanical flame cutting capabilities. The type of cutting used depends on both the size of the pipe and the required cut tolerance. |

BEVELING
We can apply any type of bevel to any degree required. |

THREADING
Threaded pipe can provide an effective seal for pipes transporting liquids, gases, steam and hydraulic fluid. We thread pipe in sizes 1" thru 20". Tapers available are NPT, NPS, and 8-round taper. |

SANDBLASTING
Normally sandblasting is required prior to galvanizing, painting, or applying any type of coating to pipe. Sandblasting will remove the rust preventive lacquer that is usually applied by the producing mill at the time of manufacture. |

COATING
We have stocking locations strategically located minutes away from major pipe coating facilities throughout the United States. These pipe coating plants have the capability to apply any type of OD coating or ID lining your project may require.
We stock a full range of line pipe already coated with 14-16 mils Fusion Bond Epoxy, ready to ship to your job site. |
